Frequently asked questions
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, from the Account screen. Upgrading, downgrading, changing the card, and cancelling all happen in Stripe's Customer Portal, which handles the proration and sends the receipt. No email required.
- What happens if I reach my volunteer limit?
- Adding another active volunteer is refused with a message naming the limit, and a CSV import that would cross it is stopped at the preview before anything is written. Your existing schedule and roster keep working, and you can always deactivate someone to make room.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Month to month, and you can stop whenever you like.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. Pick a plan above and checkout opens for it; we never see your card details. Prices here exclude tax, so checkout adds sales tax, VAT, or GST where it applies. Every new account gets 14 days on Starter first, with no card.
